A brand new course focussed on food preparation, nutrition and learning about where our food comes from. Based on, and leading into, the new Food Preparation and Nutrition GCSE, this course starts and the basics and teaches srudents how to work safely and hygenically in the kitchen whilst learning important basic skills.

  • Unit 1 - begins by looking at safety and hygiene in the kitchens.

    We then focus on builidng up practical skills with lots of practical work.

    In theory lessons we willbe learning about The Eatwell Plate and how to develop food products for different target markets.
